Our kitchen draws from the rich culinary traditions of the Sonoran Desert, blending Mexican and American comfort food into something that feels both familiar and surprising. Every dish is prepared fresh — no shortcuts, no compromises.
We source from local farms and suppliers whenever possible, because food tastes better when it hasn't traveled far. Our coffee is roasted locally. Our eggs come from free-range hens. Our bread is baked nearby.
